Keynote Speakers
We are honoured to welcome four distinguished researchers whose work is shaping the landscape of quantum science:
Subhasree Patro![]()
Subhasree Patro investigates the fine-grained structure of computational complexity in quantum settings. Her work pinpoints where quantum computers can outperform classical ones—and where they cannot—by analysing problems at a highly detailed level. These insights are essential for identifying meaningful quantum advantage and guiding the design of efficient quantum algorithms, supporting the goals of QuSoft.
András Gilyén![]()
András Gilyén is a quantum computing researcher known for developing powerful algorithmic techniques, most notably quantum singular value transformation. His work provides versatile building blocks that underpin many modern quantum algorithms, significantly advancing how efficiently quantum computers can solve complex problems. This algorithmic perspective is central to the development of next-generation quantum software at QuSoft.
Laura Mančinska![]()
Laura Mančinska explores the fundamental limits and possibilities of quantum technologies through her work in quantum information theory. Focusing on entanglement, self-testing, and computational complexity, she develops tools to rigorously characterise quantum systems and their behaviour. Her research strengthens the theoretical foundations needed to build reliable and verifiable quantum software, in line with the vision of QuSoft.
Tijs Karman![]()
Tijs Karman is a theoretical physicist specialising in quantum dynamics and molecular control. His work focuses on understanding and steering complex quantum systems in realistic settings, with applications in quantum simulation and precision measurement. By bridging fundamental physics and practical control, his research contributes to making quantum technologies more robust and scalable—closely aligned with the mission of QuSoft.
Further programme details will be published here shortly. Please check back for updates.
